Black Bean Pork Ribs Soup


Haha... How's my shooting for the photo .... nice? keke...


Ingredient:-
1. Black bean
2. Pork Ribs
3. Lean Pork
4. Seasoning ( up to your choice )

Cara-caranya.....:-
1. First, Blank bean soak in the water for 2-3 hours.
2. Second, Wash the pork ribs and lean pork. Then, Boil the water, put in the pork ribs and lean pork in the pot, cook for 2 minute, then throw away the dirty water.
>>> This procedure to decrease the smell and blood of the pork ribs.
3. Refill the water in the pot, boil it again then put pork ribs, lean pork and blank bean inside.
4. Thirdly, after 3-5 minute, take out the lean pork and cut into slice, then put it back in to pot.
5. Duration for cooking this soup is normally 2-3 hours, but I would choose to cook it longer time because the long time we cook the soup will absord the essence of the ingredient .

This soup I took 2 days time to cooked it ... total 5- 6 hours.

I have an annoucement here....

Alright, this is not aimed at anyone of you...
It is a friendly thought and I wanted to tell/share with you all...

I know how to cook and its a normal thing for a girl....
my mum taught me since im young ... and it is a gift ...
If i'm not keep worrying my mum that I want to learn ..
my mum also wont even give a fuck on me ...

I really don't like poeple call me a housewife or 'si nai'...
Many people calling me that ... it not once or twice is many ... uncountable
its a very sensetive word for me ...
I'm yet to married plus i'm haven't pass my 20's birthday ... I'm still young...

Cooking is one my interest, It's all about technique , skills , outward appearance , smell and taste.
Wah .. so tough de le .. do you think its easy .. >.<

haha... tell you what ...Cooking helps me added mark in myself ... haha haha haha ...
When people/friend ask/found out that I know cooking .. they praise me like.. 'wah... Nini, you know how to cook a ... so good le.. hard to find girl like you anymore ' .... hehe hehe wahahah ... don't know y my heart felt so 'song' so damn happy

If some girl friend I sure ask back 'u don't know how to cook?'' they immediately turn a mad face at me ..waahaha beh tahan a ...

I hope people or anyone who eat my cooking feel happy and be fat .... wahaha...

I'm not trying to say anything here...
but to let you know ....
I really don't like to hear those kind of word...
and I don't want to say anything harmful word to anyone of you...
you feels hurt and so am I ..

Mushroom chicken leg soup

Alright, this is a faile sample ... it looked different from outside ... mayb i should ask for more advice from the old ones before start cooking it ... keke... haiz ... :(

Ingredient:-
chicken leg 8 pair
Mushrrom 60 gram
water chestnut 10 pcs

1. Wash & clean the chicken leg,cut off the chicken nail,heat up the water and cook 3 minute,after that, take out the chicken leg and wash again with water.

2. Mushroom saok till it soft,cut off the stem,wash ;water chestnut,wash,cut into half

3. Chicken leg, water chestnut put in the pot ,then put appropriate amount of water ,strong heat till it boil,then turn to small heat cook for 1 1/2 hour,out in the mushroom,cook again half an hour,put in seasoning .. serve hot.


Note: I found this recipe in web .. very useful . healthy and delicious .. ^^

Minced meat egg Tofu


Refer back to the fried dumpling ingredient.
2 japanese egg tofu (strip form)

1. Heat up the oil, fried the egg tofu (which already cutted into pieces) till its golden brown color, then put on the plate.
2. Heat up the oil again, fried the minced meat till almost its cooked.(watch closely, don
't burn ur eye off)
3. Next, put in fried toufu cook together, and add a little bit of water. and wait till its boiled.
4. Finally, serve hot.

Fried Dumpling....

Ingredient:-
Lean Pork - (200-300gram) chopped into pieces
Red carrot - cut half and chopped into pieces
Onion - 1 medium onion chopped into pieces
Dumpling skin - (up to your choice)
Scallion - same as above
Water - appropriate amount
Sesame oil - 4 - 5 tablespoon (up to your choice)
Salt - 2 teaspoon (up to your choice)
Ajinomoto - half teaspoon (up to your choice)

1. Prepare all the ingredient as above, all mix together in a bowl and stir completely.
2. Next, I would put on a cling wrap cover it and put in the refrigerator for at least a day.(The reason why I want to put in the frige is it can cause the flavor to flow, the taste would be more delicious)


3. Prepare water beside as you can see the small plate. Put one dumpling skin on your hand (hold it as i did) then put a appropriate amount of the meat in it.

4. Next, use your finger stain a little bit of water then apply on the dumpling skin.

5. Now, after you apply water on the dumpling skin, it will turn sticky, immediately stick together with the other side.

6. Stick tightly and adjust the angle properly.

7. Tatata atatata ..... done . repeat the step from 1 - 6.
8. Heat up the oil, and fried till its gold brown color. serve hot.

Cucumber with dried shrimps


Ingredient:-

One medium size cucumber(cut in small size)
50gram chopped dried shrimp
One tablespoon chopped garlic
One tablespoon olive oil
Salt and Ajinomoto (Optional)

Preparations:-
1. Heat up the pot with olive oil, put in chopped garlic, fried till its gold yellow in color.
2. Then, put in chopped dried shrimp fried for 1 minute.
3. Next, put in cucumber fried for 2-3 minute(add in salt and Ajinomoto, up to your choice), serve hot.

Simple Home Cook Dishes



Here are the simple home cook recipe that I want to share with you all...
It's easy, simple, cheap and delicious... keke

Ingredient:-
One tin of Gulong Stewed Pork ($2.20)
One pack of Baby Kailan ($0.90)
One tablespoon Chopped Garlic
One tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt (necessarily)

Preparation:-

1.Wash Baby kailan till clean and no dirt left ...
2.Throw away the oil/sauce in tin, left only meat then break into pieces.
3. Heat up the oil on medium heat, add in chopped garlic, fried till its gold yellow color.
4. Then, add in gulong stewed pork, fried 30 second.
5.Lastly, put in the baby kailan fried together until its cooked (salt add in,up to your choice).
6. Finally, serve.
