
Ingredient:-
One medium size cucumber(cut in small size)
50gram chopped dried shrimp
One tablespoon chopped garlic
One tablespoon olive oil
Salt and Ajinomoto (Optional)
Preparations:-
1. Heat up the pot with olive oil, put in chopped garlic, fried till its gold yellow in color.
2. Then, put in chopped dried shrimp fried for 1 minute.
3. Next, put in cucumber fried for 2-3 minute(add in salt and Ajinomoto, up to your choice), serve hot.
