Fried Dumpling....

Ingredient:-
Lean Pork - (200-300gram) chopped into pieces
Red carrot - cut half and chopped into pieces
Onion - 1 medium onion chopped into pieces
Dumpling skin - (up to your choice)
Scallion - same as above
Water - appropriate amount
Sesame oil - 4 - 5 tablespoon (up to your choice)
Salt - 2 teaspoon (up to your choice)
Ajinomoto - half teaspoon (up to your choice)

1. Prepare all the ingredient as above, all mix together in a bowl and stir completely.
2. Next, I would put on a cling wrap cover it and put in the refrigerator for at least a day.(The reason why I want to put in the frige is it can cause the flavor to flow, the taste would be more delicious)


3. Prepare water beside as you can see the small plate. Put one dumpling skin on your hand (hold it as i did) then put a appropriate amount of the meat in it.

4. Next, use your finger stain a little bit of water then apply on the dumpling skin.

5. Now, after you apply water on the dumpling skin, it will turn sticky, immediately stick together with the other side.

6. Stick tightly and adjust the angle properly.

7. Tatata atatata ..... done . repeat the step from 1 - 6.
8. Heat up the oil, and fried till its gold brown color. serve hot.
